Refunds

P R O D U C T S purchased through piguperku.lt cannot be returned, as UAB Schindler projektai is not an official distributor or manufacturer of the products in the online store. However, we carry out product returns to foreign stores through the PirkEU platform. This is a paid service, the costs of which are covered by the customer themselves. Products are returned via DPD couriers, prices depend on the country to which it is returned and the size of your shipment.
MONEY IS REFUNDED ONLY for the original product price!
· For shipping, delivery, import taxes and purchase service fees MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED. Money refund is processed within 7 business days.

·        We are not responsible for the quality of products from stores and sellers, for store errors (color, shape, size, configuration and other cases);
·        When ordering fragile items – glass, plastic, the risk of breakage is assumed by the customer/orderer;
·        The company bears no responsibility for YOUR chosen size and color.
·        IF THE ORDER IS ALREADY PAID FOR AND SHIPPED TO LITHUANIA, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT.
·        Paid and shipped orders to Lithuania ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Only after receiving the product and making sure that it is unsuitable or defective, can the return procedure be carried out.

Upon receiving a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us no later than 48 hours from receipt of the shipment;
• Send photos proving this;
• We will write an official complaint to the store or the company that delivered the shipment and request compensation or money refund;
• Complaints are usually processed within a month or up to 20 business days.
