I. General Provisions

The collection, processing and storage of client personal data is governed by this privacy policy, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.

3.1. Personal data is collected for specific and lawful purposes;

3.2. Personal data is processed automatically.

3.3. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.

3.4. Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases when:

3.4.1. The data subject gives consent;

3.4.2. A contract is concluded or executed when one of the parties is the data subject;

3.4.3. UAB Schindler projektai is obligated to process personal data according to laws;

3.4.4. Personal data needs to be processed due to legitimate interest pursued by UAB Schindler projektai or a third party to whom personal data is provided, and if the data subject’s interests are not more important.

3.5. Personal data is constantly updated.

3.6. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the established data processing purposes.

3.7. Personal data is processed only by those employees who have been granted such rights.

4.1. All capable natural persons, not younger than 18 years of age;

4.2. Minors from fifteen to eighteen years of age only with the consent of parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their earnings or scholarships;

4.3. Legal entities;

4.4. Authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

II. Collection, Processing and Storage of Personal Data

UAB Schindler projektai respects each client’s right to privacy. Client personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email address and other information specified in the registration form) is collected and processed automatically:

5.1. For processing client product orders;

5.2. For issuing financial documents;

5.3. For resolving problems related to product presentation or delivery;

5.4. For fulfilling other contractual obligations.

During registration and ordering, the client must provide complete and accurate personal data.

When processing and storing client personal data, UAB Schindler projektai implements organizational and technical measures that ensure protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. Personal data is stored for no more than 3 years from the buyer’s last purchase.

7.1. UAB Schindler projektai undertakes that data traveling from the client’s computer to the server will not be read or changed by third parties.

7.2. UAB Schindler projektai, providing e-commerce services, stores information on the client’s terminal device (uses cookies) thus ensuring the client’s ability to receive the desired service. UAB Schindler projektai ensures that such capability will not be accessible to third parties.

7.3. Only with your prior consent and following the provisions of ECL, LPPL and the Regulation, we will send you Company newsletters by email and/or inquire about the quality of existing services.

IV. Changing or Updating Personal Data

The client has the right to change and/or update information provided in the registration form, as well as to use the rights specified in point 13 of the Privacy Policy.

V. Information or Complaint Submission

A client wishing to receive information about their data processed by UAB Schindler projektai must provide an identity document or confirm their identity in the manner established by legal acts or by electronic communication means that allow proper identification of the person.

UAB Schindler projektai provides information about processed data to the client free of charge.

A client who has reviewed their personal data and determined that their data is incorrect, incomplete and inaccurate, has the right to demand correction of such personal data and (or) stop their processing, except storage. A client who has reviewed their personal data and determined that their data is processed unlawfully, unfairly, has the right to demand destruction of such personal data or stop their processing, except storage.

VI. Notice of Changes

UAB Schindler projektai has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by announcing it on the website and at the specified email address.

Privacy Policy additions or changes take effect from the day of their publication, i.e., from the day they are posted on the website system.

If after the Privacy Policy addition or change the client continues to use the services provided by UAB Schindler projektai, it is considered that the client agrees to the new version.
