This way, you can prepare a dish on one side at a different temperature than on the other side. The cast iron grill rack retains the heat well. This allows your food to cook without burning. You can prepare side dishes and sauces on the side burner, so you save space on the grill surface. After barbecuing, you can easily clean the grill rack. That’s because it fits in the dishwasher thanks to the InstaClean system. Collapse the left side table and save space when storing the gas barbecue.
