With the SumUp Solo Lite Portable Card Reader + Charging Dock, you receive your payments anywhere and you don’t end up with a dead battery. Place your product in the cradle between payments and your SumUp charges automatically. Connect your tablet or smartphone and get started right away. There’s no long verification process and hardly any paperwork. You do need a Chamber of Commerce number. Enter the amounts on your smartphone or tablet and the customer pays with a debit card, credit card, or contactless via Apple Pay or Google Pay, for example. Per transaction, you pay 1.90% of transaction costs in the Netherlands, 1.39% in Germany, and 1.69% in Belgium. This is only the case for debit cards, credit cards, and smartphones, but there are no extra costs for foreign credit cards, for example. You need a smartphone or tablet that’s connected via Bluetooth to be able to use the Solo Lite. There aren’t any subscription or installation costs. After charging it 1 time, you can process up to 1000 transactions. Your money will be in your account in 1 to 2 working days.
