The Rode Videomic Pro Rycote is suitable for the advanced videographer. This directional microphone has a 3.5mm mini jack connector. Thanks to the included shock mount, the microphone doesn’t record any contact sound. This means that you won’t hear the sound of the camera buttons in your video. Thanks to the super cardioid pattern, the microphone picks up the sound of the subject it’s pointed towards. This makes the microphone ideal for recording interviews. You can set the sensitivity according to your own wishes, enabling you to record very loud and very soft sounds. With a 9-volt battery, you can record up to 70 hours of sound.Note: batteries are not included by default.
